Exchange Policy

At CinemAesthetics, we use print on demand to produce efficiently and sustainably, avoiding overstock by printing only after an order is placed. For this reason, each order is considered personalized and cannot be changed.

However, we offer a size reprint option: you can keep your original item and request a different size at a reduced price within 14 days of delivery (new shipping and new item costs apply).

In addition, all of our products listings contain all the information you need about sizes and colors to help you choose your preferred size and finish, and if you still have any questions, we will be happy to help you.

Return Policy

If the product has arrived with a manufacturing defect (printing error, print quality, incorrect product, etc.), you have 14 business days after delivery of your order to initiate the return process.

Our supplier has an incident rate of less than 1%, but if this occurs, please contact us, explain the problem (attaching the necessary photographs), and we will take care of the incident.

Once resolved, you can choose to receive the product again, with us covering all costs, or we will refund your payment.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 2 hours after you have placed it. The reason for this is that once these 2 hours have passed the product begins its production, and as we have already explained in the Exchange Policy, when producing on demand we do not accumulate stock, so we could not accumulate it in a warehouse once manufactured.
